I placed 2nd in the Pro Runabout class and won $1280.00 for my efforts that day in Cocoa beach by the pier. I had some water getting into my rear carb and I would jump over the competition when it cleared up. I would have been first that day had the SeaDoo ran properly.

I raced PWCs from 1990 through 1997, won just over $2500.00 and spent nearly $50,000.00 racing standups, Blasters, HXs and SeaDoos while traveling throughout Florida with my new friends George Masdea and Terry Wildes.

As the money dwindled from racing at the Pro level, I returned to using my personal watercraft to launch into the air off the coast of the Atlantic Ocean
